OLYMPIAR 2022 is a competition event based on the Martabe Gold Mine process, from exploration to post-mining.
It aims to encourage students to experience and explore to discover new potential in the development of geological and mining.
The OLYMPIAR 2022 consist of three steps in this competition, which are:
- Questions, Exercises and Essay Competition
- Elimination Round: Geological Modelling
- Final Round: Resources Estimation Modelling
This event is aimed at university students in their third year with a background in geology/mining.
The first prize is a three-month full-board internship at Martabe Gold Mine.
